Option 1: Use Your Insurance (Through Luna PT)

If you’d like to use your insurance, you can book a session with me through Luna PT instead of Your Move PT. I will be your PT as an independent contractor working for Luna. If you’d prefer this option, just let me know and I’ll make sure you’re assigned to me through Luna’s platform!

Key Luna PT Facts:

  • Accepts All Major Insurances and Medicare

  • All Payment and Communication Through Luna’s Platform and App

  • All sessions are 45 minutes (or 55 min for Medicare)

  • No ongoing Fitness / Wellness Options

  • Must be ambulatory To Qualify for Luna PT services

  • Highest-Quality Care Possible within Insurance-Restrictions

Key Your Move PT Facts:

  • Transparent and Individualized Services and Prices

  • Qualifies for HSA, FSA, and Out-Of-Pocket Benefits

  • No Visit Minimums or Maximums

  • No Pre-Determined Timeline or treatment approaches

  • Any Level of Ability or Disability

  • Fitness and Holistic Wellness beyond skilled PT

Option 2: Private Pay (Your Move PT)

If you need something your insurance won’t provide or you want the most individualized care possible, this is the ideal choice. Without insurance restrictions, I can provide innovative approaches to your unique needs.

Out Of Insurance, But Can’t Afford Private Pay?

You can receive free (pro bono) physical therapy through High Point University’s Pro Bono Clinic, which is operated through the Department of Physical Therapy. You’ll receive care from excellent licensed PT’s alongside eager and capable students in High Point Universities’ DPT Program.
